Here at Carera Organix, Essential Oils are a staple for pretty much all of our products. We wanted to be able to offer some of our favorites to you and we hope to expand our selection in the near future. Essential Oils have been used for thousands of years in wellness practices. They act as healing agents, are great for overall health and wellness, make healthy fragrance substitutes, are great for aromatherapy and have TONS of versatile uses! We only use and offer 100% pure, uncut, therapeutic grade essential oils.

General Uses:

~Add a few drops to a diffuser for a great smelling home with no harsh chemicals!

~Add a few drops of a citrus oil (i.e. lemon and/or orange) to your trash can for odor control instead of buying those chemical-filled scented trash bags.

~Add a few drops to your wool dryer balls in place of those harsh dryer sheets.

~Add a few drops to the inside of your toilet paper roll for a refreshing smell in your bathroom.

~Wear an oil like lavender and/or frankincense on your wrists, temples, neck, and/or bottom of feet for a restful night’s sleep. Both of these oils are also useful in reducing stress and anxiety! Just put some on your wrists/hands and take some deep breaths breathing in the aroma (Be sure to dilute the oil first in a carrier oil like coconut or almond oil in case of skin sensitivity, and keep in mind that essential oils are very potent and a little goes a long way).

~Add some peppermint oil to temples, forehead, and knap of neck for an all-natural headache remedy.

~Rub some eucalyptus and/or peppermint oil on your chest when congested for a safe vapor rub! (Or, try our soothing vapor stick!!) Keep in mind that these stronger oils, such as eucalyptus and tea tree are not recommended for babies and toddlers under 2 years of age.
